• Payments

This website uses two types of direct payment, the third payment option “pay on arrival” does not guarantee that your reservation will be preserve till you arrive. Sometimes, we will call you to notify if the reservation is cancelled and other times we may not call. We are not responsible for any kind of disappointments that may come up using this kind of payment method, however, we may suggest other suit or the nearest partnering hotel to fulfill your reservation.

For Nigerian clients, payment can be completed in three different ways-

1. The use of the direct transfer from ATM cards to the payment link made available on the payment page by PayStack.
2. The use of direct bank deposit to the account number shown on the payment page for the “Bank transfer” option.
3. Reservations for payment on arrival is guaranteed if and only if you will arrive at the hotel within 3-10 Hrs from the booking time. if not, you can place a call across for extension. Failure to do so, the reservation may be cancelled without notification.

we will refund your funds in full on cancelation if the client is yet to check in and the processing time will be discussed by officer in charge of cancellation.
